We are responsible for the running and upkeep of the common areas (such as roads, lighting, common pools, landscaping and security). The following list highlights some of the main areas of responsibility covered under the estate management contract:

  • Accounting and Audit Fees and Taxation
  • Building Insurance
  • Mail Delivery Maintenance of all common systems such as pumps, generator and TV distribution system
  • Establishing and implementing Estate Rules and Regulations
  • Convening Owners Meetings

The Common Area Fee to cover the provision of this extensive range of services is payable by each owner on yearly basis.
